I've accumulated a lot of stuff over the school year, and I'm nervous I won't be able to get it all home when second semester ends. Any tips on what to do?

Fed Ex/UPS is your best friend! Pack all of the things you physically cannot bring with you into a box and ship it! It may be a little costly, but so worth it!
It's a good idea to start packing as early as you can in this situation, so that you have plenty of time to see what you do and don't have room for, and so that you have time to think about what you can do without when you go home. If necessary, you can consider shipping some lighter items home if you don't want to get a storage unit or leave stuff with friends.
If you think you will need everything within the next semester, find some storage space to keep it for a few months. If you won't need it for another year or so, ship it home or to a friend's house. Then, there are always people in need who could benefit from it.
If you find you won't need it at home, you can try to rent a storage unit near your school. This is also the best time to do some cleaning! Take a look at your stuff--if you didn't use something much during school, and you don't need it at home, donate it if it's in good shape or dump it.
